In a few words ...
An early, hot spring, followed by a cool summer, resulted in staggered flowering and very uneven ripening of the grapes. Fine weather conditions in September and October allowed botrytis to develop remarkably well. A record number of selections during the harvest marked the wines with great complexity. The 2011 vintage has a zesty, citrus-peel nose. Icy, fresh palate with lemon sorbet flavors.
