Château Lamothe-Cissac is the historic property of Domaines Fabre, acquired by Gabriel Fabre in the 1960s. A few decades earlier, the property had been lost to the Casino de Biarritz...! The vineyards of Château Lamothe-Cissac are located in the Haut-Médoc region, between the prestigious AOCs of Pauillac and Saint-Estèphe.

Appearance
Deep ruby color.
Aroma
On aeration, a broad aromatic palette combines notes of red fruit (blackcurrant) fruit (blackcurrant), cooked fruit and sweet spices. Vanilla aromas are very well integrated.

Taste
The palate is well-balanced, with supple tannins and a very delicate finish. Notes of undergrowth appear as the wine evolves.
