Cotes de Bourg reds are fruity, fleshy wines with good ageing potential.red wines, with their scents of red and black fruits, have a tannic structure that is refined during ageing, often in barrels, which enriches the wines with toasty, vanilla notes.
Everything is beautiful about this 1989 vintage, except for some high-yielding enthusiasts whose wines have passed their prime. The finest bottles of red are to be found in Pauillac, Saint Julien, Pessac Léognan and Saint Emilion.

Very fruity, it goes perfectly with duck! Tested with duck breast, excellent meal!
