In a few words ...
Since taking over the estate in 2003, this range has been developed with the aim of transcribing the best expression of the Mentone terroir, by selecting the oldest plots in the vineyard (some of which are 60 years old or more). The grapes are hand-harvested and then vinified using a minimalist process, during which the must is fermented using indigenous yeasts rather than the usual yeasting methods. These wines, with their great aromatic complexity and remarkable power on the palate, offer a wealth of possibilities for pairing with gourmet restaurants. Here, the rosé has great volume and roundness, finishing on a tangy note.
