In a few words ...
Georges is Stéphanie's grandfather, the new generation at the helm of the estate. He was an imposing man, as much for his personality as for his physique. This wine is a reflection of him, with its beautiful structure and body. It is made in the spirit of a wine for laying down, while retaining a lovely freshness and balance, a style dear to our house. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels.
