Color: deep, dense ruby red Odor: on the bouquet, lots of sweetly ripened varietal fruit, with hints of pickled dark berries, blackberries and fine touches of leather Taste: juicy, powerful, very elegant with gently ripe tannins, long finish with aromatic persistence of black fruits and spices with a hint of freshly toasted toast the grapes selected for cordillera cabernet sauvignon from the maipot valley are harvested in April, immediately transported to the winery, severely sorted, fully de-stemmed, gently crushed, crushed and fermented over seven days at a controlled temperature of 28°c. The wines are left for a total of one month on the foudre to extract the intense color of the skins, the powerful aromas of the grape variety and the ripe tannins, before finally being aged for eleven months in French oak barrels (30% new wood, 70% second passage) for a harmonious finish.
