Produced using traditional methods, this still wine reflects all the nobility of the Champagne Pinot Noir grape. The grapes are hand-picked, macerated for ten to twelve days for 10 to 12 days before being aged in oak barrels and refined in the cellar, to develop its aromatic richness aromatic richness and structure. Its intense red color with brilliant highlights heralds an expressive, fruity nose nose, dominated by red fruit aromas. -Still wine -Aged in oak barrel and bottle -Serving temperature: between 15°C and 18°C
