Charlotte perfectly expresses the finesse, fruit and character of Carignan. Composed mainly of older Carignan vines, the oldest ranging from 80 to 120 years old, this cuvée combines Syrah and Grenache noir with this emblematic Languedoc grape variety. Aged in French barrels (20%) and in vats on fine lees for 18 months. This wine concentrates aromas of wild berries perfectly balanced by a slightly peppery touch typical of Syrah. Fine, fresh, this wine is a delight to pair with red meat.
