In a few words ...
Thanks to rising quality in the vines and the desire to evolve our wines, this new cuvée has seen the light of day. With this wine, we hope to achieve a combination of fruit and richness that our two previous cuvées brought us separately. The blend is very local, showing both the diversity of our grape varieties and that of our terroir: Carignan, Grenache Noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre on schist, clay-limestone and marl soils. The wines are vinified by terroir, the best way for us to let them express themselves. They are then blended in concrete vats. The choice of maturing material depends on the notes we want to find in the wine. For example, concrete gives us great freshness and the sappy notes we like so much.
