Residual sugar:11.50g/l / acidity:3.46g/lbouvet-ladubay, France's leading sparkling wine producer. The traditional house, founded in 1851, is located in the charming and romantic Loire Valley of saumur. It boasts some 8 km of cool, vaulted cellars in which top-quality crémants are produced under optimal conditions, using the traditional, high-quality method (bottle fermentation).
