DÉLICAT "S" Sylvaner is a rare wine made from the red Sylvaner variety, grown on sandy granite terroir. Thanks to a subtle pellicular maceration, it has an attractive salmon color. This lively, mineral wine boasts a floral bouquet with hints of black fruit and cherry, as well as quince, morello cherry and quetsche aromas on the palate. Ideal for aperitifs, poultry and cold buffets, it should be served chilled, between 8 and 10°C, and can be kept for up to 5 years.
