In a few words ...

The Rhone influence is evident in this cuvée, made from 94% Shiraz and 6% Viognier, which was co-fermented and then aged in barrels for over 20 months. Le Descendant, a testament to the estate's longstanding expertise, needs 15 years of patient cellaring. Even if its immediate charm can be appreciated right out of the bottle with just a few hours' breathing, we recommend aging for at least 5 to 15 years.
