Average age of vines: 45 years. Surface area: 8 ha at lieux-dits "La Chapelle des bois", "Champagne" and "Grand pré". Hand-picked with selective sorting. Maceration for 15 days with whole grapes and indigenous yeasts. Temperature control below 28°C. Pneumatic pressing. Aged in old oak foudres for 12 months. Yield: 40 hl / ha
