This "princes abbés" cuvée is a pleasant wine, with white and yellow fruits and controlled residual sugar. Ideal as an aperitif, but also with oriental cuisine, sweet-salty or sweet-and-sour dishes, soft cheeses (or the traditional Munster) and fruit desserts. This 2022 has a light golden yellow color with green highlights. The nose is straightforward and pleasant, with great aromatic intensity. Floral, spicy, exotic fruit notes... Full-bodied and fleshy on the palate. Slightly spicy character, with candied ginger. The finish is long, with a fine bitterness and liveliness. 100% Gewurztraminer. Grapes from vines planted in the Bollenberg and Bux districts, combined with young vines from the estate's Grands Crus. Aged on lees for 6 to 8 months.

Appearance
The color is golden yellow with green reflections of good intensity. The disk is bright, limpid and transparent. The wine is youthful.
Aroma
The nose is frank, pleasant and intense. Racy, floral scents dominate, with rose, peony, exotic fruit, grapefruit, lychee and mango. Aeration amplifies the preceding scents, revealing spices, ginger and citrus.

Taste
The attack on the palate is dense, fleshy and tender. The alcoholic base is full-bodied. The mid-palate is lively and nervous, with a hint of sparkle. The range of aromas is reminiscent of exotic fruits, grapefruit, mango, lychee, flowers, citrus and spices.
