In a few words ...
Located in the heart of Alsace's vineyards, we've been cultivating our vines and producing quality wines with care and passion for several generations. This wine is produced on two parcels located on the marl-limestone slopes of Mittewihr, facing due east. The bunches are small and compact. The grapes are harvested at perfect phenolic maturity, destemmed, followed by a 15-day maceration. Then aged in Burgundy barrels for 12 months. Deep color, open nose of black fruit, full-bodied and persistent on the palate.

An excellent pinot noir that delighted us at a brochette party, perfectly suited to raw vegetable salads, monkfish skewers, crayfish salad, lemon chicken skewers, spicy beef and pork filet mignon. I can't wait to order it again!
