Set in a house from 1742, which has always belonged to families of winemakers, the grandfather of Marcel Boehler settled by buying this property to a wine that has seen its vineyards ravaged by phylloxera. In 1953, when Marcel Boehler married Martha Groh, from Marlenheim, another wine town, they bought their first vineyard parcel with an area of ​​4 acres. In 2002, it is a new winery, rebuilt on the old, out of the earth, with the acquisition of a new pneumatic press and a tasting room to improve working conditions. And the construction of a "House" to promote our passion and our beautiful region, Alsace. That same year their son, Lawrence began his winemaking studies in agricultural and wine Rouffach High School, the future is assured! During studies of the latter, several plots of vines are acquisses, so that the area of ​​production to almost double! A new winery in stainless steel installed in 2010. The range of Alsace wines saw appear Crémant d'Alsace rosé and white, the Late Harvest, the vintages, grand cru "Altenberg of Wolxheim." In 2011, Laurent, the grand-son of Marcel Boehler settled on the family estate in order to perpetuate the traditions winegrowers. It is "Mother and Son" who are now working together.
