BOTT BROTHERS ... BETWEEN TRADITION AND MODERNITY The property is located in the heart of a vineyard and produces the noblest grape varieties. The Bott Frères family opens its doors at the exit of Ribeauvillé. Here, since 1835, one of the oldest wine-how is passed from father to son. The Bott family does not manufacture the Alsace wine, it raises it. The greatest care is taken to grape, from the ground to glass. Grassing, plowing and treatments are practiced in the greatest respect for the environment. The harvest is done manually, the yield is mastered to make wines of a high quality level. Storage and bonus barrels of centennial oak allow to obtain wines of a typical character and a remarkable finesse. And yet! We are here at the cutting edge of technology. The team took advantage of the current methods of winemaking. The pneumatic presses, for example, possible to obtain a pure and limpid juice respecting the cluster.
