The House Charles BOCH is now a family business scope by two generations of winemakers passionate about growing grapes. The vineyard covers 11 hectares on which are planted 7 Alsatian grape varieties, namely Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Pinot Black, Gewurztraminer; Not forgetting our exceptional wine Klevener Heiligenstein, communal specialty recognized as the 8th Alsace grape. As wine-grower, we control the entire winemaking process. We grow, vinify, embouteillons and sell our own wines according to the charter of the independent winemaker.
