The winemaker

Winemakers father to son since 1628, I, Daniel, I continue in the tradition of my old, working my 7 hectares of vineyards with the following varieties: - Pinot - Riesling - Muscat - Pinot Gris - Gewurztraminer - Pinot Noir With an annual production of 400 to 500 hectoliters harvested on plots of honorable age (fifty years on average) that give the typical wines and appreciated for their wealth. The Klack method? Natural ! I remain very attached to tradition. I develop the wines in oak casks dating with an average age of 100 to 120 years, with a capacity ranging from 1000 to 3600 liters, in a beautiful old cellar and 1557. My grandfather Frederick Klack, born in 1908, made its first bottling in 1937, before all production was sold on tap. My father Jean Klack born in 1936, took over and it's me Daniel, born in 1972, which continues since 1997.
