The winemaker

At Domaine Edmond Rentz, we practice viticulture that respects the soil, the environment and the vines. This enables us to produce quality wines with a certain typicity. The wines produced at Domaine Edmond Rentz are complex and unique. They are wines for laying down that express the particularity of this terroir. Among them is Pièce de Chêne, the only red wine produced at the estate. The grape variety used is Pinot Noir. Grand Cru Schoenenbourg La Belle Colline is a powerful, rich and elegant wine with a good minerality.
