The situation KATZENTHAL the bottom of a valley enclosed on three sides and sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds brings a particularly favorable microclimate giving with soil quality, optimal conditions for producing exceptional wines. The vineyard KATZENTHAL is essentially a hillside vineyard, Château Wineck dominates the vineyards of Katzenthal since the twelfth century. He is the only castle in Alsace that is surrounded by vineyards and is located in the air appellation GRAND CRU Wineck SCHLOSSBERG. The FIELD HENRI KLEE operates 7 hectares of AOC vines on three different municipalities: Katzenthal Ammerschwihr Ingersheim The estate vineyards are conducted in culture reasoned it is important to respect the land and environment to produce quality wines.
