The winemaker

In the heart of Ammerschwihr that lie our cellars where our wines are aged traditionally in oak barrels. This is also where the vault is where we discover our production in which all the Alsatian wines. Our vineyard area is spread over 5 towns and includes in particular plots on hillsides famous Grand Cru Schlossberg and Kaefferkopf. Since 2006, all of our 12 hectares of vines are grown organically, before moving in 2008 to biodynamics.
