The winemaker

For over eleven generations, we share our knowledge from father to son. In our cellars dating from 1616, respect for traditional winemaking in oak perpetuate the qualities and the exceptional character of our wines, giving them a deep personality. The vineyard in the heart of the noblest vineyards of Alsace, is proud of its Grand Cru "the Steinert". limestone soil, with an extremely favorable south-east exposure, the Grand Cru Steinert gives birth to great wines bodied, generous, with aromas fulfilled. In the field ZINK, we record patience in the process of elaboration of our wines. The incompressible maturation time allows our white, red or sparkling, deploy all their organoleptic qualities and offer a memorable tasting experience. Sensitive to respect nature and the true and authentic product, we practice voluntarily limiting yields and promoting the expression of the terroir. In the cellar, each wine is accompanied in its maturation until the complete fulfillment of the expression of all aspects of its history. Our wines are revealed as a result of our heritage. Each wine, each vintage, represents many months of work in cold or blazing sun. In the cellar, sheltered oak casks, are high noble wines with a unique personality.
