They produce the entire range of Alsace wines from pinot noir to Sylvaner through Riesling, Muscat and Gewurztraminer, from which this very expressive wine. I must say that Gewurztraminer is one of the most aromatic varieties of this wonderful world of wine, but it is also one of the varieties that can saturate the taste buds quickly, especially if the residual sugar level is high .
