Located in the center of the medieval village, in an alleyway off the main street, Domaine Paul Schneider is established in an old tithe court of the great provost of the Cathedral of Strasbourg. Eguisheim, part of the most beautiful villages in France, is located 5 km south of Colmar, capital of Alsace wines. As an independent winemaker, we offer more than a job, a real knowledge of wine. We conduct all of our harvest by hand with our loyal team of pickers and work our vines always with respect and in a perspective of sustainable viticulture.
