The winemaker

Our family estate has been established in St Hippolyte since 1640. We are independent winegrowers with 13 hectares of vines in the communes of St Hippolyte, Rorschwihr and Scherwiller. The vineyard is certified HVE (High Environmental Value), we are extremely sensitive to the environment and biodiversity. This is reflected in the planting of hedges, meadows and old trees on the estate. All the experience accumulated by generations of winemakers is reflected in our bottles, making our wines unique.
