The Hérisson Malin cuvée, presented here as a Vin de france rosé, is made exclusively from Syrah, organically grown by Jacques Frelin, harvested at night and fermented at low temperature to preserve the fresh fruit aromas on the nose and palate. Frelin's commitment to organic farming since the 1980s also guarantees its qualities, as do the estate's numerous awards. Our Hérisson malin rosé won a gold medal at the Anivin competition.
