Le Temps est Bon is a pet'nat created by Summertime, the little sparkling house run by Sébastien Bobinet, Emeline Calvez and Bruno Richard, located in Chacé, just a few minutes from Calvez Bobinet. A dry sparkling wine (< 2g/l residual sugar) with lovely fine bubbles, its aromas of pear and fresh almond with a hint of citrus are supported by a fresh, slightly gourmand palate. Perfect as an aperitif, or with a fruit dessert, it's the perfect addition to any festive occasion!
