In a few words ...
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot turn a deep ruby red. The nose is typical of these grape varieties, with flavors of cherry and black fruit, but becomes more complex with the peppery, spicy notes of a third grape variety, Carignan. Elegant, straightforward and well-balanced on the palate, this Mediterranean-flavored cuvée is beautifully harmonious. A vintage that can be enjoyed today, but which has all the hallmarks of an excellent cellar wine.
