Domaine mylène bru is a small Mediterranean vineyard north of sète. Since its first vintage in 2008, mylène bru has been making its own distinctive sound in the Languedoc landscape. Some fifteen plots of land lost in the garrigue, near saint-pargoire (like marlène soria), organic vines pampered, grapes pampered, which she lets express themselves with an almost mystical minimalism... The result of this very emotional relationship with her profession is wines of exuberant charm, to which the small yields from which they are made give substance and density. From the pruning of the vines to bottling, the work is carried out by hand, with respect for the land and the grapes. Domaine mylène bru's cuvée zingara comes from marsanne vines planted on clay and fine gravel. In 2018, this small marsanne vine was saved from being uprooted. Grown organically for over 12 years, this parcel is completely surrounded by wild fennel. Its label is inspired by Camargue westerns, in which Camargue horses and gypsies played the leading role.
