In a few words ...
Our vinifications are traditional, using indigenous yeasts and natural temperatures. They reflect the characteristics of each year and climate. The wine is aged in oak tuns and barrels for 6 to 12 months. The LANTIGNIE vineyards are located around the winery, mostly in a single block, spread over 4 "lieux dits": Les Souzons, Le Basty, Colette and Les Monterniers.
