    In a few words ...

Chardonnay is the king of Burgundy grapes, and thrives on limestone soils. This wine comes from parcels located in the village of Corcelles in Beaujolais, in the Clos du Vieux Bourg. Excellent ripeness and hand-harvesting have resulted in a wine of unquestionable quality. Low-temperature fermentation in stainless-steel vats is supplemented at 5 or 10°C by a blend aged in oak barrels, just to bring roundness and length.

Very ripe, typical Chardonnay nose of honey, toast and hazelnut, with a floral touch of elderberry.

    Taste

A very well-balanced, fat wine with good length on the palate. It reveals a balance between liveliness and structure.
