In a few words ...
A wine whose minerality enhances and reinforces its red fruit aromas and fine tannins. A beautiful structure for a wine that is both traditional and original. Vinification takes place in concrete vats, with the wine temperature maintained below 22°C throughout the alcoholic fermentation phase, followed by ageing in stoneware and ceramic amphorae, concrete vats, stainless steel tanks and barrels. The balance between ageing containers is adjusted every year to bring out the quintessence of the shallow granite of the Chiroubles heights.
