The winemaker

The Domaine de Combe au Loup is a family property founded in 1870. Winemakers from father to son for generations, David and Nathalie Méziat, assisted by Gérard and Marie-Claude, now operate 14 hectares.  The Domaine de Combe Wolf produces quality grapes from the approach "Terra Vitis". It thus meets the criteria of sustainable development. The vinification is traditional but relies on modern techniques especially the complete temperature control of fermentation and wine storage.  The Méziat family attaches great importance to home in the cellar. His greatest pleasure is to discover and taste its products. In his quest for an increasingly warm reception, the field adheres to the charter of the Union of "independent growers."
