In a few words ...
Produced in small quantities only in the best years, the Cuvée Prestige white is entirely vinified and aged in new barrels. After cold pressing and clarification, the juice is fermented in barrels. This is followed by 6 months' ageing on fine lees, with regular battonage to give the wine its full aromatic complexity. This is a white wine suitable for ageing, to be enjoyed with a festive meal.
