The Guinots is the name given to the cooperative winery that brings together winemakers common Juillac and Flaujagues, a few dozen kilometers from Bordeaux, near Saint Emilion and Castillon-la-Bataille. So, country of Bordeaux, the 58 members of the cooperative gather around the slogan: "One for all, all for one." Only concentrated to the AOC Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur, the production of the wine cooperative of Guinots is based on a relatively small number of varieties: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. The 400 hectares of production the cooperative meet vines from over 10 surrounding municipalities. The wines of the wine cooperative Guinots are sold under the following names: The jewel of Guinots, Bordeaux Blanc, Bordeaux Rosé, Castle Barbazan and cellars of Guinots.
