The winemaker

It was in 1994 that the Delacour family acquired the property. The first act was to rename the field in "Castle of the Court". This name was chosen with the effigy of the Knight From the Court landowner and family ancestor who served under King Charles IX and whose coat of arms, which was given to him for his bravery in battle, now adorns bottles of the Chateau. With passion and work, the property was completely restructured. In 1995 a winery is modern and practical was built. The vineyard has been modernized: new planting, trellising rehaussage ... In 2004, Delacour Vineyards acquire Clos Templar in another prestigious appellation Lalande de Pomerol. It closed its name from the Templars and the Templars, whom he served as relay in the Middle Ages. From the beginning the vineyards are restructured. The winery will wait in 2010 before being modernized. Under the dynamic of the new manager, Bruno Delacour, the Delacour Vineyards continue to modernize and move forward with the goal of always producing quality wines, to the delight of wine lovers.
