The winemaker

Located a few kilometers from Saint-Emilion, the Chateau de Mole stands on clay-limestone plateau perfectly drained. Our vineyard has a south / south-east, a dry microclimate and light that facilitates a good maturity of the grapes at harvest time. Since the 18th century, seven generations of the same family have succeeded at the castle. By combining traditional methods and equipment more sophisticated, the Auger family, owners since 2006, invests in turn to produce two wines: Château de Môle and Roc Saint-Jacques.
