The Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) gives the tannic notes and power. Cabernet Franc (10%) complete a touch of finesse. For dry white is the Sauvignon Blanc dominates with its fine and elegant fragrance. As for Bordeaux rosé, fruity and freshness are obtained by a subtle blend of each grape variety. In addition to soil clay loam types all its vineyards have a perfect sunshine for optimum ripening.
