The winemaker

Domain features


This estate is characterized by manual harvesting and integrated cultivation. We use sorting tables and complete de-stemming. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. Vinification is classic and lightly filtered. This estate benefits from gravelly soils, and the wine is aged in French barrels.

The estate's wines


This estate is composed of 7% Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% Petit Verdot. Added to this is 90% Merlot. Find red wine, red wine, champagne and rosé. Choose according to the meals and aperitifs served. The wines are harmonious on the palate. They go well with a variety of dishes.
