This area of ​​17 hectares of vineyards, now run by Jean-Baptiste Bourotte produces two wines, Château classic Courlat and The Castle Courlat Cuvée Jean-Baptiste in honor of the great-great grandfather. The first comes from the 13 hectares of which grape varieties is 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Second, he comes from the 4 hectares of land planted with the oldest vines of merlot grapes exclusively.
