The winemaker

The wines produced at Château Fontbaude are organic wines bearing the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Only one white and two rosé wines are produced in the vineyard. The rest of the production concerns red wines, divided into several ranges: sulfur-free cuvées, light reds and reds for ageing. The vineyard is planted with the following grape varieties: Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Gris, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon.
