The soil in the area is complex to a third party, it is a limestone plateau starfish and two thirds, old ferruginous sands. Before being bought in early 1995 by the Bécot family - which also owns the Beauséjour-Bécot castle and the castle-Joanin Becot - The Gomerie produced a correct wine to the Grand Cru category. In a few years, with all the knowledge, practices and gestures Bécot family, quality has soared and the area now offers wines embodying elegance Merlot. The Gomerie style in a few words: depth, smoothness and fruit concentration. The second area is the wine Miss La Gomerie.
