The winemaker

The wines produced at Château Lacour Jacquet have won numerous medals. The Château's terroir is composed of gravel, and the vineyard faces south and southwest. This allows the pebbles to accumulate the sun's heat during the day and release it at night. As a result, the grapes ripen better. The grape varieties grown in the vineyard are Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. Vinification is carried out in the tradition of the great Médoc wines.
