The winemaker

The soil is mainly clay and limestone, but the grave is present on the top of the hills. The choice of varietals research the best possible balance between Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon auquels adds a small amount of Malbec when ripening is enough. The work in the vineyard (low yield, severe pruning) provides quality crops. The vinification is done on site with the greatest care; the wine is neither fined nor filtered. Then it is stored in the cellar of the property.
