The winemaker

Our vines are worked according to the principles of sustainable agriculture for the sake of perfection and research excellence: tillage, mechanical weeding and treatments with organic products. To get the best quality grapes, the harvest is done by hand and transported in insulated van vineyards to the winery (500m) in crates of 32 liters. Aging takes place in French oak barrels exclusively. The choice of these techniques allows us to obtain fine wines, elegant, balanced, not too woody with a local accent.
