Château Mille Roses is located in Macau in the Médoc and was created in 1999 by David Faure and his wife Sophie. The name of the château was chosen as a tribute to the many rose bushes grown by David's mother and located at the end of their vineyard. Three wines are produced at the château in the Haut-Médoc and Margaux appellations. Find out more

The winemaker

This is an estate that has rapidly made a name for itself among Médoc wines, thanks to its regional terroir of mixed rolled pebbles. This naturally water-drained soil allows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot to flourish, producing wines of character and organic origin. The château offers three red wines with different profiles: the fruity "L'enfant", the gourmand Haut Médoc and the acidic Margaux. The latter is an award-winning appellation d'origine contrôlée.
