Medieval castle of the fifteenth century, we father to son working the fertile land of Pardaillan with the same effort and the respect of traditions for over 100 years. The memory fiercely attached to the knowledge passed by those who preceded us, to technical progress lookout, we have no other ambition, year after year, than to be born a vintage capable of providing you with great pleasure and haphazard! Our region is rich in history and our passion for the vine. We love to share this passion and welcome all who want to experience the rhythm of the vineyard and discover the steps of winemaking. Produced on clay-limestone hillsides, the Pardaillan wine is an authentic wine, complex and generous. It has a good aging potential. It is a worthy representative of the illustrious "Chevalier de Pardaillan" noble and courageous character created by novelist Michel Zevaco.
