The winemaker
Olivier and Monique Méhats have given his best to gloss this property located in the heart of between two seas. Its clay-limestone soil and exposure to a hillside facing the Garonne guarantee great wines of exception. The assembly merlot, cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc gives rise to red Bordeaux, bouquet, fleshy which goes wonderfully, red meats, game, cheese. Part of the harvest is higher one year in oak barrels before bottling: the "Cuvée Reservée" which gives fuller wines, richer.
