The winemaker

Family owned 17 hectares, from the merger by the marriage of two families in the commune of Saint-Sauveur, Martin and Tiffon, winemakers since 4 generations founding members of the cooperative since Canterayne.indépendant succession MARTIN children, four brothers and sisters who decided to build a winery especially since the 2007 vintage. Castle Rollin joins the family of the crus bourgeois Médoc.en 2012. Castle Rollin also operates the Castle Broustey and sells about 26 600 bottles of this wine. Harvesting is done by hand or machine to the plot in order of maximum maturity. A sort of selection is made in our receiving vat, equipped with a beautiful stainless steel tanks allowing good control of fermentations. The adjoining barrel cellar also accommodates storage of bottles. In a perfect regularity, the vintages and are very similar. The wines are still quite structured a marked Merlot fruit and a nice tannic richness brought by the Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine made to balance and guard is highly recommended for optimal tasting from 3 to 10 years.
